Malin is one of the nicest swapper I've ever known. She sewed for me 2 bags (though I only requested for 1), a matching purse with the tote, kitten soft toy, amigurumi teddy keychain, H&M necklace and purse, handmade Moomin cards, Disney notepapers, Cute letter set, Candies, Fabric & basic tutorials (I would like to learn how to make my own stuff!). They are all so lovely! Thank you so much Malin! It's fun swapping with you, and I'd like to do it again! (:

She most generously sent him: lots of cans of fish, which we're still enjoying here in Bangkok........dried chilli peppers from Margarida's garden, and some from Mozambique!..........goat's cheese and home-made cookies from her town........a CD of lovely Portuguese music.......hot and spicy Piri-Piri sauce........thank you, Margarida!

Malaysia/California swap complete!

Swap Details:
Swapper1: Phyllis California, USA
Swapper2: Sing Yee Malaysia, Asia

Malaysia to CaliforniaOh, it was lovely! I received all sorts of goodies from Malaysia, including durian dodol (mmmm!), tons and tons of cute paprs, and some of SIng Yee's beautiful handmade artwork. I've attached a not very good picture. It was a great swap!! I enjoyed munching on all the goodies while I recovered from my surgery.

California to Malaysia
Phyllis was a great swap partner! I received tons of things I love, including a pair of her hand-knitted fingerless gloves! I'm really touched because she offered to knit them even though she had to undergo a hand surgery a week after that. I'm glad the surgery was ok. :) Included in the fantastic package were lip smackers, craft supplies, chocolates and candies, local stickers and postcards! Thank you so much Phyllis! :D

Back on Track!

Hi all, sorry for the delay in posting and member-adding! We've been finding it a little hard of late to keep everything flowing along, but Sima and Rachelle have come to our rescue and offered to help us out. Please bear with us as it takes a while to learn the ways of Gimme (the instructional email was about 4 pages long...) and soon we'll be back to normal :)
Thanks Sima and Rachelle!!
